2. Fill out the New Build Information Request Form at the bottom of each New Build Community Map page.

3. We'll get back to you with a Community and New Home Builder list that matches your criteria.

4. Then, at your request, we develop a customized Wish List and Build Plan that is tailored to your needs and budget. We filter and compare all possible builders, floor plans, lot selection, pros, cons, and more, to get you the home of your dreams. We complete on-site and model visits and work with builder reps on your behalf, representing your interests.

5. And the best part is this doesn't cost you a thing! The builder pays the consulting fees (see our Frequently Asked Question regarding new build representation to see how this works....). We legally represent YOUR interests.... and give you valuable advice that will improve your future resale. From choosing the selections, obtaining the financing, writing the contract to attending the closing, you have expert professional guidance each step of the way.
