Virginia Homes

Virginia Homes was founded in 1953, builds more than 15,000 homes, and is a family owned and operated company. They are a "semi-custom" builder, meaning the homebuyer has a wide variety of options and floor plans from which to choose, some of which can also be slightly modified. Building approximately 40 condos a year in three styles, and 100 homes a year in 28 styles, they are currently building in 14 communities in Central Ohio. Their homes range in price from the 160's to the 500's, dependant on home style and community.
